On August 27, 2023, the "Artificial Board Heat Treatment and Purification Intelligent Equipment" jointly developed by Liaocheng Shandong Caishi Wood Industry Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Green Express Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was identified as a new product by experts from the China Forestry Industry Association in Beijing and was rated as "internationally advanced".
The new product appraisal meeting is chaired by Zhou Hongsheng, former director of the Fire Prevention Department of the National Forestry and Grass Administration. The expert committee is composed of 7 experts, with Liu Qun, former chairman of China Fuma Group Corporation and chairman of the China Forestry Machinery Association, serving as the chairman. Zhang Zhongtao, director of the Ecological Industry Division of the Industrial Development Planning Institute of the National Forestry and Grass Administration and deputy secretary general of the China Forestry Industry Association, serving as the deputy chairman, Chen Tianquan, Vice President and Acting Secretary General of the China Forestry Industry Association, Lv Bin, Deputy Director of the Wood Industry Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Forestry, Tang Zhaoqun, Director of the Information Center, Yu Zhiming, a professor at Beijing Forestry University, and Zhang Dongsheng, the former General Manager of Kono (Beijing) Wood Industry Co., Ltd., jointly serve as members of the appraisal committee.

The "Artificial Board Heat Treatment and Purification Intelligent Equipment" jointly developed by Liaochen Shandong Caishi Wood Industry Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Green Express Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. adopts a composite purification technology of high-temperature heat treatment and oxidation treatment, and develops a composite purification process for artificial boards in three stages of high-temperature heat treatment, constant temperature and humidity conditioning, and oxygenation treatment. It also creates specialized equipment for high-temperature cabins, wind cabins, conditioning (balance) cabins, and spray cabins, We have innovatively applied a combination of solar energy and factory thermal energy, and developed an intelligent device for heat treatment and purification of artificial panels. The device can achieve intelligent identification of panels and adjust processing parameters. Purification treatment can effectively remove free formaldehyde and VOC from artificial panels, and the odor is significantly improved. The E1 grade panels purified through heat treatment meet the HENF level requirements of T/CNFPIA 1003-2022 "Formaldehyde Release Limits in Artificial Panels and Their Products for Heating"; The release rate of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) (72 hours) meets the requirements of HJ571-2010 "Technical Requirements for Environmental Labeling Products - Artificial Panels and Their Products".
The equipment has been calibrated and tested by the Chengdu Metrological Verification and Testing Institute. The test temperature, humidity, and wind speed indicators of the high-temperature chamber and the conditioning (balance) chamber all meet the requirements of Q/MKSS 0701-2023 "Intelligent Equipment for Plate Thermal Energy Purification".
